Pleasantly surprised! January 30, 2009 Ariel K. (Bay Area, California) 21 out of 21 found this review helpful
My husband tries to help with the laundry but I always end up with a shrunken shirt despite his best intentions. To avoid this, I thought a separated hamper would help, but DANG it's hard to find a good one! Wicker ones catch delicate clothes, bags can be unwashable (stupid considering you're putting dirty clothes in it) or not sturdy and there are a host of other concerns-all for a hamper!
This is the only one I've found with a metal frame with four bags. I've seen three, but reviews have always said that those bags rip or the frame is bad. So really, if you're looking for a sectional hamper, this is your best bet out there-I've done the research on a ton of others.
The item arrived when it should have. My husband put it together in about 15-20 minutes while watching TV. It's sturdy, the wheels work and the bags are good quality, thick material. We tried it out and each bag fits just about a full load. I'm sure if we just packed the clothes in to the top it would've been full so that's what we're doing this time around. My husband, who has a bad back, finds this incredibly handy because there's no bending and scooping laundry out of baskets-he just grabs a bag's handle (also metal) and takes it to the washer.
I highly recommend this product. It's good quality and a lifesaver for those with bad backs, knees, hips, etc.

Antique Bronze 4-Bag Sorter
This is a great addition to our laundry. I separate by color and then just take the bag to the laundry room. No sorting or pulling stuff out of the hamper to try to sort for a load.I also keep up with the laundry as I can just pull one load out a day and take care of it
Useful and nice design. November 3, 2008 Forsyth (Nebraska) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This item has been holding up really good so far(I've had it a few weeks now). I load each bag completely full before taking it to the laundry room. The wheels work very well too. However, I just lift the bag out for the items I need to wash, I don't use the wheels much except when cleaning around it.
The only complaint if any, would be that the bronze paint, if examined closely is not flawless and smooth. I think that it may be because all the poles come in a bag together with nothing keeping them from banging into each other during shipping. You have to look and feel it over closely to notice this. Otherwise, the bags are very sturdy and seems to hold lot of clothes including heavy items like jeans.
It comes with all the tools you need to assemble it.
Tough to please-VERY HAPPY! February 15, 2010 Molly J. Croft (San Diego, CA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I'm picky about doing my laundry. I live in a very humid and rainy climate. My other laundry sorter bags touched the ground when they were full. I have to keep the sorter outside in a poorly covered area (covered patio roofing leaks). Those bags molded and soaked things and caused colors to run and dye other things. I was desperate for a sorter that a) had enough sorting bag options b)had natural colors that wouldn't bleed c) mildew/mold resistant d) is high enough off the ground to not touch or drag e)easy to use f)each bag had to be spacious enough to hold the clothing for a load. I have a family of 5 and we have a LOT of laundry. This sorter performs in every area and more. The bags are spacious enough to hold an entire load, lift off to dump clothes right in the washer if need be, was VERY easy to assemble, and has freed me from much of the stress involved in doing laundry that I had before. I'd recommend this product over and over again. While I'm hopeful to never need to replace it, if that moment ever happens, I'll be getting the very same product again. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Worked so good, I'm buying another one. March 24, 2010 D. Edwards 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've owned this product for a year now and can't live without it. I really like that you can sort your clothes as you wear them. I sort by color. I even put a label in front of each bag so my husband will put it in the right spot. I need another to sort towels and keep my husbands dirty work clothes (he's a welder) separate from the other not as dirty clothes. My laundry is in the basement so the metal carrying handles make it easy to grab a bag and head down the stairs. The bags have held up really well. One bag will hold a large load of clothes, unless you really pack it in and then you can get a load and a half. If the bag needs washed it just slides right off the handles and into the wash it goes. I don't know how the wheels hold up because I don't roll it around. I keep the sorter in my closet. I've caught my 3 year old daughter sitting in the bags so I'm pretty sure the bags can hold at least 30 lbs without tearing.
