Great Poster Bad Delivery and Cust Service March 14, 2007

My poster was damaged in shipping. No plastic covering poster and the end of the tube was oppened. Poster was wrinkeld and ripped.
The Poster is Wonderful, Life like. Even ripped and wrinkled I hung it in my office and eveyone stops and takes a moment to relax as the view it. I love the poster and the size...
Back to the Vendor, It is an $11$poster. and it cost $10 to ship. Once I received it I noticed the damage and asked the Vendor to replace it. They said I would have to ship back the damaged one then they would replace it. After letting them know I not pay another $10 more to ship tem the damage poster. I asked them to pick it up and they told me to keep it and they would send another. Well over 4 weeks now and I have not received the new poster. Note. The vendor keeps emailling me to change my negitive comments from a 1 to 5 stars and they will give me an amazon coupon. But I have yet to see a good poster.... Remember this is a great poster, I would just buy it some where else..
