We purchased this for our 2 yr old son, works great! Perfect size and he loves puting books in and out!

It serves it's purpose. The Sleeves are plastic but are sturdy. It has stood up to toddler and preschool abuse. Granted I'd prefer canvas but for the price this is great. Also it holds at least 20 books. This is with about 2 to 3 deep. I don't know how thick the persons books are that said 8. The books we store are regular kid books, some a few inches thick and some 1/4 or 1/2 inch thick.

The item is really easy to put together, and is very accessible for toddlers. It is much shorter than I was expecting but is appropriate size and quality for the price.

I ordered the product for my 3yr son's room. He has alot of books. The book rack did not hold all the books, so I will have to order another one. I would most definitely recommond this product.

Easy to assemble, kids books fit in well, and because the colored portion are cloth, they "adjust" to the book size. Colorfull, but could be a little wider to hold more books. Great for a playroom, where kids books get recycled often.
